About This Harp

A truly special harp, and a genuinely rare find — this Daphne 46 S comes in a stunning ebony matt finish, a colour and style not often seen on the second-hand market. It's the kind of harp that turns heads as much as it plays beautifully. With 46 strings, it's a wonderfully versatile instrument, equally at home with a dedicated student or a professional performer wanting something reliable for gigs and recitals. Its slightly smaller, more compact build also makes it that bit easier to transport than many full-size harps. It has a wonderfully bright and even tone, well-projected across the range and it holds its tuning well. This harp has had 3 owners, including myself who has had it for the last 10 years. It has been well loved throughout and is in excellent playable condition. However, there are a couple marks commensurate with its age. I am reluctantly selling this Daphne as I already own a full size concert harp, so this one deserves to go to a new home. It comes complete with a full set of Salvi travel covers and a a dust cover, as shown in the photos.
