About This Harp

34 string lever harp with serial number of P451, I believe it’s from the 90s. My wife and I inherited this harp from her father in law, and although we’re both musicians, we don’t have the time to dedicate to learning the harp. It’s such a beautiful instrument so we’d love for it to go to a deserving home. It seems to be in great condition, albeit missing the two highest strings. I’ve restrung the rest and we have around 15 brand new strings spare, as well as the original tuning key and case. I also have 7 harp teaching/song books I’m happy to give away with the harp. The only mark I can see is some slight discolouring on the metal tuning pegs, but they are mechanically all sound. I’ve put an asking price of £2000 based on other clarsachs listed here, but we’d prefer a quicker sale and would prefer to not be greedy with price so that someone can actually play this beautiful harp. Happy to deliver within reasonable 1-3hr range of Edinburgh.
