Remarks: A lovely 46 string instrument made in Munich 50 years ago which has been played at Buckingham Palace. It has a big, rounded tone that has become much warmer and more resonant as the wood has matured. Regularly serviced by Munson and Harbour and professionally re-gilded by Ruth Tappin at the end of last year. Like other Horngacher harps of the same age, it has fine crazing of the lacquer but this is purely cosmetic and superficial and does not affect the sound.
It comes with waterproof cover and six-wheel trolley.
Age: 50 years
